The hotel is managed very poorly.
I booked the room for my mom, who travelled by herself after 30 hours flight. The hotel need my credit card, and kept saying the cards got rejected. I contacted my credit card company immediately and they confirmed no transactions were attempted and they didn't decline anything.
I called hotels front desk several times. The calls were either never picked up, or got hung up after 1 or 2 seconds. I called Hilton service number, and Hilton phone agent was able to connect the hotel. After being on several calls with different agents, Hilton Mexico City Airport Hotel finally was able to send me an credit card authorization form.
I filled in the information and thought now the issue finally got resolved after 1-2 hours' struggle. But the email got bounced back, as the return email address provided on form has been disabled. I have never seen a hotel was so disorganized. I wouldn't recommend to anyone else!
