The staff is super nice! We especially want to thank Luis and Ruperto for helping us after American Airlines lost our bags. Ruperto assured us AA would return our bags. Luis shuttled us to the gate. It is ironic that the hotel staff know more about the airline policies than the employees of the airline. We really appreciate your help and sympathy during this frustrating situation. God bless both of you! The hotel is beautiful and the bed and pillows are very comfortable.

A great airport hotel. Conveniently located, good staff, decent room. Don’t go for your honeymoon but for a layover at a decent price, it’s perfect. Arrived late so didn’t try the food. Gym good for this size of hotel with a wide range of equipment At one point, my room had a blackout as did I think the whole 3rd floor. But after 5 minutes, power was restored and there weren’t any issues after that. I paid about $150 USD for 1 night, so not really cheap, but it is conveniently located and I had a good night’s sleep.

Great place to stay. Clean and good AC. We felt very safe here too. You have to have a key to access the elevators and then a key to access the floors. The receptionist was very nice as well and bilingual in English, which was appreciated. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because there were 3 of us and they only have an option for a king bed or a room with two double beds. The double beds were super small and uncomfortable for two adults. Otherwise, it was great. It was very accessible to the airport and also the car rental area.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. This website will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be let down.

A perfect hotel with a great staff, very comfortable beds. The best sleep we had in a world wide journey of six and a half months. Again, the staff is exceptional.

Been staying here a few times over the years and find the hotel to be very decent. The rooms are standard, but we'll maintained and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Their food is decent though the restaurant closes at 10pm...a bit too early if one arrives late.
Will for sure stay here again....

Positive: Flight canceled late - I booked this online and was in my room 25 minutes later. Great location, quiet and spacious room, friendly staff, and it had a fridge - rare in MX hotel rooms. So convenient and restful. Negative: The restaurant was expensive and not very good. The wait staff were great but the quality of what they served was not. Still, they had draft beer - also rare in MX.

Horrible experience. The AC in the room was not working properly so it was extremely hot. The fan was so weak and the air was just slightly cooler than room temperature but alternates back to warm at times. This was in July and the control was set to max cool! So I called them to fix it but the guy just comes and tells me the air coming out is the same temp shown on thermostat and all rooms are the same. They don’t offer anything to fix the situation! It’s horrible and the front desk said the general manager will reach out but I haven’t heard anything for a week. Nor can I reach anyone. For a hotel that’s 5 times the price of other cdmx hotels you’d expect at least a working air conditioner. This hotel is at the bottom of the barrel. Go stay at a hostel instead. Even they have AC!
