Great value for a buck! Staff is very helpful and professional. Rooms are clean and good sized. LOCATION!!! I strongly recommend to get breakfast included in your reservation since they have a nice set up upstairs, various options for food and drinks (including freshly squeezed juices and mimosas ????).

The hotel is very central in the city center and it’s about 5 minutes by foot to the zocalo. The personal is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean and modern. I would recommend trying the breakfast at the hotel since they have a lot of typical Mexican food as well as more western dishes.

Nice and modern hotel. Comfortable beds and great location. I don’t recommend the breakfast but it is a convenient option if you don’t have time to go somewhere else.

Quiet Rooms and Modern! If your looking for a quiet room and good sleep this place was the best I've been in Mexico City. Quiet rooms are hard to find. These rooms are a little small but we spent most our time exploring the city anyway. Everything else was good. The parking is close but not onsite, it's about 25 meters walk down the way. It's also not free, you have to pay and the attendants want to wash your car, repair it, hit on your girlfriend or wife and so on but just tell them thanks and pay. The location is great for visiting the Cathedral and city center and... it's close to La Parroquia, one of the best spots for breakfast in the entire city.

The first day was amazing, i got offered the best help and care possible by Ek, who is really a professional in terms of hospitality! However, after spending a couple of days here I noticed the roomservice can be really hard to reach sometimes and the bar downstairs has very limited access, it's just there for the view lol. I've been trying to get some tea for like 2 hours now and when i call the front office, they say call the restaurant, but then they don't answer... bit of a bummer. The rest is ok though, love the location and the shower is really nice. Also the housekeeping is really friendly but i expect more from a NH collection, the regular NH in Cancún was much more organized in terms of service.

The place is very elegant clean and the staff is professional in every aspect the location is not the nicest but the hotel feels very secure with out any doubt food is great and the 24hr Room service is a plus I was very happy to stay here and I woul highly recommend it as long as you are not driving ( there is not a hotel parking lot ) however they will recommend one that is close by 5 min walk back to hotel but not a very safe area.
