Large room but no bathroom door, no Fan or AC, staff are rude and disrespectful, I only give two star because the TV and WiFi worked. Lots of noise in this day and evening. No towels or toilett paper given just soap.

It's a cheap hotel. You get what you pay for. Basic, no frills, but you save a buck to use to buy more snacks ????. Front desk guy was nice. No towels.

Poor service
There was a very rude old woman over there at the reception.i regret going there and even communicating with her and her assistance.

Avoid this hotel !!! One of the clerks will make you feel unwelcome ...many times I have been in Mexico , and a few times stayed at this hotel , usually the same guy offered a terrible customer service ...but this last time he even showed me , he is racist he told me and a friend of mine to go back to our country ...do you pay to get that kind of service ..??? Don’t think so..(is the older guys that have stainless steel crowns on his teeth, going bald and work the night shift )...I know Is one person but he represent the hotel , shouldn’t be working with guest if he dislike us so much

I entered and left in the moment, I can't believe they don't have 2 pounds to paint the wall and cover the beton on the floor which is actually partially covered with completely destroyed carpet, the staff is highly unfriendly and not welcoming at all. It is not what I expected based on the pictures advertised

Old and run down hotel near El Zocalo. They don't accept credit cards, so bring cash if you stay there. Not a good choice for many. No hot water early in the morning. Inexpensive but not worthy.

Don't be deceived by advertised pictures. This place is Yuk. The rooms are dirty, when scoping out the room we even saw a cockroach. We decided not to stay.
