Hotel Cuba

The women that works at the front desk , was busy on her cell phone. She wouldn't acknowledge me until I said good morning twice. I asked her for some towels for my room and she said that she would send them up. An hour has passed and I haven't recieved any towels. I recalled the front desk for towels and she seemed very angry and bothered by me. I would consider going to another hotel were the treat you better.

Nice place in the historical center of Mexico City. Very close to metro station and market. Clean, spacious rooms, cheap price during weekdays. Very friendly staff. Credit and debit cards are not accepted.

The hotel building is quite old and compared to poor services they charge 480 pesos which I will not recommend spending at cuba. The wifi was terrible or I can say it was not working and no fan or air conditioner in mid march hot season. Hope this information helps

I just had a meeting with a business partner. I think the hotel is not a bad experience but the surroundings do not feel secure.

Pros: Location, cleanliness and decent value
Cons: Loud during the late night and morning, card kept getting demagnetized regardless of where I kept it, no ventilation

If you're looking for a place to stay near the centric zone of Cdmx, this is the place for you. I stayed there for the night and it provides everything to be on a lovely vacation, also the prices are god.

The service was good but the bathroom floor had obviously not been cleaned.
