The hotel is beautiful, the service is amazing, and the location couldn't be better. I knocked one start off of Rooms because there are a few minor things: we couldn't figure out how to change the shower heads, the bathroom ventilation system doesn't really work, and the floor is the shower feels a little slippery when wet. We haven't slipped at all, but we're very careful in there.
Besides that, everything is superb. Will definitely book again next time we come.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days of our time on Mexico City. Some things we really liked were the location, how close we were to resteraunts, right in a very walkable area, the room size, the beds were comfortable, our room was quiet, and the staff was kind. Things that were just okay, the breakfast was pretty standard hotel breakfast foods - so we opted to eat out most mornings, the balcony wasn't worth the price upgrade and would have went without it, lastly there were a few minor repairs needed to the room - nothing worth giving a 4 star for, but I noticed them. Next time we come to Mexico City, this hotel will be at the top of our list!

We originally booked an Airbnb back in October for a April 9th travel date, and the host cancelled on us 2 days before our trip....so last minute we found this gem of a hotel in Condesa. The Service was fantastic, the ambience was very tranquil, the breakfast was fantastic, fresh and made to order. Our room was very clean and we honestly loved this hotel so much because of one person in particular. Her name is Elena, shes the maid that cleans the rooms. She made us feel as we were family and was absolutely delightful. We would wake up in the morning and made it a point to say hi to her a d just talk to her about our plans for the day. She would leave us small little presents or cute notes for us in our room and honestly it was such a sweet touch. We would definitely come back and stay here again mainly because of her! Thank you for making us feel special om this trip Elena!!

I liked the location! Walking distance to everything, Food and drinks just cross the street. Very safe area. Rooms were clean and customer service in the café upstairs during breakfast was excellent. I'd stay here again!

The rooms are very nice and clean. The staffs are very friendly and I'll be staying here again when I come visit to Mexico City. This will be our to go hotel. Also The receptionist was very helpful and professional. If you're looking for a clean non noisy hotel and staff friendly I recommend you to stay at flowsuites condessa.

Modern, clean, and comfortable rooms! Amazing location - close to everything; I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting! For anyone considering a much more expensive hotel, this is a highly comparable alternative, and you’ll still be very close to everything but at an affordable price!

Me and my girlfriend stayed in this hotel for 20 days , we paid for breakfast for 20 days as well . Room were big and clean with patio , breakfast was decent . They clean rooms every 2 days : which was fine ,WIFI was terrible , most of the times we were using our cell data . for 10 days everything was nice . After that things got worst . Housekeeping were not filling toilet papers , no soaps , then the room keys weren’t working and every-time in the morning when we go to have breakfast and when we come back the key won’t work and we had to go all the way down at the desk for keys . Every time . At the time of checkout they really tried to Rob us by giving us extra 100$ usd bill , saying that the towels weee dirty , sheets were dirty so they gonna charge us , I am glad that I did work in hotels for 10 years , i worked in properties like Marriott and Hyatt , and we never did things like that . I stood up for us , told the front desk guy that we ain’t paying anything for that . No hotels charge for towels . They charged for everything including water , even tho we paid for 20 days breakfast they didn’t gave us a complementary bottle of water either . Housekeeping was okay , breakfast attendees were nice . They made some good food plus very friendly people . I won’t recommend this property because we felt like disrespected and robed , there are plenty of other hotels in the area with better service and better quality . I would rather go with Marriott , Hyatt or other brands , or with Airbnb than this hotel . It was a disappointment overall and at the time of check out we felt like they are there to steal our money !
