Room temp u003d a 10/10 we love the fan, the bed.. so cozy.. the pillows next level, the bathroom had a double sink double shower, huge windows that open up, what more could you ask for.. oh wait they have slippers and cookies!!! Cheap too! Love this place will be back.

Excellent service and attention to detail. My wife stayed here with a friend for her birthday. I wanted to send flowers to the room as a surprise. Omar, at the front desk facilitated that and really made their stay special. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days very recently. The room was small but tidy and the location is very accessible to Condesa and Roma. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place is loud to the point of not being able to sleep. We stayed on the first floor and the street noise feels like you are literally on the street. Cars, trucks, motorcycles going by during the night are next your face. The downstairs bar had a DJ that spun until midnight on Thursday and on Friday, there was literally a club underneath our room that started blasting music from 4am - 6am. We like being in a place that’s busy and bustling, but literally could not get a good night’s sleep for 5 days.

Fine room and staff, but the noise level here is ridiculous. Would not recommend this place to anyone that is trying to sleep at night.

Where do I begin? Wonderful. Remarkable. Incredible. Kind. All words that describe the hotel, the rooms, the cafe/restaurant, the location and most of all the staff.
I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Mexico City. You will not regret it. I genuinely look forward to coming to back to this hotel again in the future. You will not be disappointed.

I just wanted to post a review to express my appreciation for the team at Casa Nuevo León. We had an unfortunate personal situation that didn’t allow us to travel u0026 the team was very understanding/kind to us. The customer service was wonderful and I imagine our study would have been excellent! I hope that we are able to visit in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Room was dirty. Extremely noisy from the downstairs bar. Worst of all they let the bar patrons smoke outside with occupants rooms right above. My room and clothes smelled like disgusting smoke everyday.

I wouldn't stay here again. Bathroom stank of sewage, and there's little noise protection between rooms. I could hear neighbor's conversations. Service was friendly though. Overall there's definitely better lodging in the area for a similar price.
