Great location.
But wouldn't go back because of the service. Had to keep asking for towels, the room wasn't cleaned until early evening and the pillows were very old, as were the towels.

Great service, location, and facilities. Near everything you need, including restaurants, fast food, drugstores and department stores - as well as museums and other cultural venues.

Had a great experience staying in this hotel. Clean rooms and I was able to get great price by searching for a great offer. The location is great and you are within a 25 minute drive to many main attractions. This hotel is located right in front of Alameda park where you can walk early morning or late night and find snack and small stands. There is a plaza on the main floor where you can find amazing different shops and restaurants. It is located within walking distance to pharmacies and 24 hour oxxo/ 7eleven. Very safe location but the entrance late at night is limited and hard to find it its your first time there. Overall recommend and will definitely come back.

I stayed here back in April and it was in a great location very close to main attractions, the parking says you have to pay but when you go to front desk and let them know you are leaving they give you a parking voucher to be able to leave so no you don't have to pay for parking. The room was very clean they cleaned our room almost everyday and they even set your things to the side very neatly i highly recommend this hotel and Staff was so friendly I will be staying here in the future when I visit

Hotel is in a pretty good location, rooms are pretty big, I can only complain about the shower's water pressure. What would make me come back to this place is the service. Absolutely EVERYBODY were awesome, Joel, Martin, Miguel and all the names that scape me, were so welcoming and warm, thank you to this amazing crew, you made my stay, a great experience.

Unbeatable location it shares the parking lot with a comercial plaza.
Safe place to stay at walking distance to almost everything!
We left our vehicle in the parking and walk to all places or take the subway which is also at a walking distance.
