It’s an ok lounge, not very big but not very busy either. Selection of italian and Mexican warm dishes available. The place feels a bit dated, but it’s quiet and pretty comfy.

Very clean and very empty. I would definitely go here versus the priority club ones. The food is limited but still enough variety. The staff is super friendly and seem happy to be at work.

I always fly American. The folks at check in at the Benito Juarez International Airport exercise a lot of patience with us stressed out and confused flyers. I appreciate their kindness.

2 hour wait to go to Dallas. And the check in kiosks are not working to scan passport or Covid QR code

People at the desk in the terminal 1 are nice and helpful. The flight attendants Hmm could be a little more friendly.
