Very good Salmon and vegetables. variety of beverages. Mornings are relaxing and quiet on the patio over looking the neighborhood. staff is friendly. Night dinners are Loud music and younger crowd with a live dj and video mashups

Been here several times now, never busy so no need to book. Service is a little slow at times, don't know why. Staff chat among themselves a lot.
Food is lovely but check that you have got everything on your order, sides etc can get missed. Prices are up a bit for serving sizes. The whisky glaze ribs are the way to go, would like 30% more chips though.

Disaster. Kitchen would rather stand and chat, then do a good order. 40 min and I had to get the eye of the Mgr. The salmon was raised in the Sahara. Ceasar salad with no dressing?
Chicken blt left on the warmer while they chatted so it was dry and hard.
Think the staff is now comparing notes.
A 2 is pushing and it's because staff tried to make it better.
But they should not have needed to.
This is a kitchen staff problem.
I won't accept you being lazy at the pricez you charge..
Redo was much better. Managers maybe miffed at me lol

If you like ice cream liquor drinks you have to try the Friday Fantasy. Yum! Well lit and new location. In the new uptown merida mall center. Find bestbuy and Wal-Mart here too.

Well, the best things are the staff and the atmosphere because the food was a let down ????. The cocktails saved the night and were recommended by one of the guys serving...????

I've been to both locations in Mérida and while the service was poor at the other restaurant, the staff here are friendly, attentive, and engaged. Unfortunately, I don't come to a restaurant solely for the staff, otherwise this would have been a great experience. I've dined here 3 times, each time hoping for good food but I've eaten at Friday's for the last time. In the past visits, I've ordered cheese sticks and the broccoli cheddar soup both of which were passable and unexciting. Today I ordered the champinoñes Friday's and not only were they not fresh as the menu indicated, there was no flavour whatsoever. I ate approximately 1/4 of them and then set the dish aside for it to be cleared. The waitress noticed and asked if there was an issue and I told her my opinion which my dining partner was in agreement with. I saw her speak with the supervisor about the mostly full plate of mushrooms but when the bill came, I was charged for them and no discount was ever offered even though the supervisor asked us if the meal was OK and he was advised that it was not.
Just like in baseball, three strikes and you're out so I will never return to Friday's nor would I recommend anyone else to dine there.
