I always stay at this hotel in Merida when I visit , it’s near a lot of restaurants and the best part is that it’s in the same plaza as Walmart incase you need anything. Staff is friendly and it has a nice pool it’s not very large but nice none the less. It also has a Starbucks downstairs and a TGIF upstairs super convenient. Only complaint is I wish the tvs were a little better they are flat screened but mine was a little fuzzy.

I stayed for three nights.
They didnt wake me up or knock at the door , I called reception to order the taxi and pH sound like busy or out of orderer , I missed the plane.
I changed rooms, they gave me one that wasn't clean enough and smelly. I had a bad experience and
I am Hilton honors. I missed my plane.

The pool was green and very dirty. You have to pay for breakfast. Rooms don't get cleaned no earlier than 4pm. Internet is slow

I love this hotel. its a lot like the Hyatt but its in a much better location for dental or medical Vacations close to the hospital Star Medica. theres a gelato shop and three restaurants inside. close to a walmart and many taco shops. Great view from windows. birds land in your window and are very cute! roof pool by lobby. morning buffet is 200 pesos. even the security Guards are friendly. i always tip the maids who bring clean towels every day. great place to stay

Nice hotel with great view from North merida. Rooms very big and clean. The personal is very friendly and give always a good solution for each problem we faced. The breakfast ist unfortunately not good but acceptable. Its great that restaurant cafe and walmart are in the near.( 2 minutes walking!)

I am sad to say. Our room smelled like mildew, no hot water, the water pressure was extremely low, there were bed bugs. We got excuses and were told that they couldn't put us in another room. I had to complain 3 times to my timeshare before any resolution was reached. The good part is the rooms are spacious. The Hilton Garden Inn is located in Uptown Merida.

After a not so good stay at a different hotel, we came to the Hilton Garden Inn Merida and were very pleased. Rooms and bathroom/shower area are spacious, beds are extremely comfortable.

Also having a shopping center of Walmart, vips, Santa Clara Ice Cream and Starbucks right under is super convenient.

It’s also a decent taxi/Uber ride to downtown. I’d stay here again happily.
