We came to Merida for a medical procedure. The hotel is across the street from Star Medica Hospital and doctor's office. The convenience has been secondary to the comfort of our room. Hotel staff has been helpful and courteous. One drawback has been that we are unable to enjoy our balcony as there's no seating available. Otherwise we have chosen a great place for my convalescence.
Update: We have since gotten chairs and have enjoyed the privacy of our balcony.

Friendly and attentive staff, the rooms are big and clean, the restaurant has very good food. The location, across the street from Star Médica Hospital, was perfect for our needs on this medical trip. Recommended!

Located in a nice suburb of Merida. Not really good for tourism stuff as there are better locations closer to the centre, but great for work. The road in front is noisier than I expected. Seems that most guests here are staying because of the big private hospital in front

The location is perfect, close to the mall, hospital, pharmacies etc. However, I would not come back here. The wifi was terrible in my room, and I had to arrange with the staff to have my virtual meetings in their office. I couldn’t even place phone calls through the wifi. The front desk staff could improve in their friendliness, and they don’t speak much english. The pool that they advertise is closed. I was given several reasons for why, but it seems it will be for awhile. The food at the restaurant was good.

Rooms are less noisy due to concreate walls, however lacks plugs for devices near bed, there are no refrigerator, microwave and ironing board in each room. Needs more English speaking professional in the lobby. Does not provide medical tourism free cleaning for soiled with blood. You will have to pay extra for this service.

Staff were superb, food was delicious, massage was convenient and affordable. Located next door to Quality Dental, across the street from Star Medica and an easy walk to Altabrisa Center

Very comfortable, clean,tranquil place. Friendly and helpful staff. Wheel chair friendly. Pricey but worth it. Food available. Hospital and 24hr pharmacy next door. Highly recommended.
