I am so impressed with this Hospital!!! My husband and I went for a physical here . We had no appts set up ahead of time! We saw many different doctors and got our results read l. We did heart blood urine and Gyno ! The front desk area at hospital are so organized and prompt with results and payment! The cost was reasonable and we ended up healthy overall! Yes!! ❤️Star Médica!! Thank you so much all of you!!

I have used this hospital a couple of times.Week stays. Facilities are nice and confortable. All staff attention has been excelent everytime. Nutritionist welcome is great ;asks your meal needs and preferences.Fresh and great quality of ingredients.Since we can only speak for ourselves. My experiences have been all over the top.

WORST URGENCY SERVICES IN MEXICO. We had to wait 2 hours to be attended as urgent. Basically this hospital is worst than public ones. Don't waste your time and money

Thank you Star Médica!!! They have a drive-thru COVID-19 area, and the service was perfect! The staff was very friendly, and treated us with kindness. The line took about 30 minutes, however it was a Sunday evening. We received our results within 3 hours via email! They saved us from missing our flight back to the states. We could not be more grateful! THANK YOU STAR MÉDICA!

To start with...very expensive, seems a shortage of staff and food is awful. Make sure there is a family member always by your side cause pressing that button for a nurse takes forever or never comes. The only best part is the doctor who did my surgery is excellent...I would give him the 5 stars.

Worst service and expierence ever!!!!!! They don’t see you as a patient they see you as a sale and dollar sign, especially if you’re not from Mexico. The staff was rude and unprofessional. After blood was taken out there was blood all over the floor that was left there for all staff members to be stepping on, they looked down and didn’t mind the bloody floor. All the doctor worried about was money with minimal concern about the patient well being. They try to keep you there as long as possible to be adding to your account. Apparently the hospital nearby has an equipped facility with friendlier staff for a REASONABLE and affordable price. It was truly insane how much they were trying to charge for the work they did after asking for explanations of the cost the receptionist reacted very sarcastically and rude. Honestly save your time and money and go to a different hospital.

First the good: I have always been seen quickly and have been trested very compassionately. The ladies at the desk have always been helpful and polite. The hospital itself is always clean and seems organized”.
Now with the bad: I have been in the emergency department 3 times, and all 3 times, i was told there was nothing wrong with me (my X-rays were normal) And I left with no good plan or anything -just scratching my head. I have gone for a second opinion for each of the 3 times, and each time, the opinion was different. And thus the treatment plan was also different. I never felt as though my assigned physician had given much thought to my situation. And the sad fact is that I even told him (on my second visit) that I had a second opinion and this was what was found-and I don’t think he heard me or even listened to me as he did not respond. This makes me want my money back.
