We had a lovely time in Merida staying at Hotel Zamna. We initially had an emergency that affected our arrival date. The hotel was very understanding and accommodating. The hotel is located in a beautiful property in the Centro neighbourhood, with amenities including a pool, patio dining area, excellent breakfast, and comfortable bedding. The owners are professional, attentive, and warm. I highly recommend this hotel (and had regretted not booking a longer stay!).

This is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The owner was pleasant, great communication, punctual.
To start with we asked for a transfer from the airport to the hotel and the car was there on time waiting for us.

Since we arrived in the morning, we couldn’t get our room right away (as the official check in is after 3 pm) but we were allowed to leave our luggage and go to see Merida.

The rooms are comfortable. Good shower. The pool is great

But most importantly the breakfast. We have experienced multiple times that the breakfast might take long. But not at zamna. It was quick and most importantly delicious

If I could I would have given 6 star no doubts.
Highly recommended. Will definitely come back there again.

One more thing, contact the owner through WhatsApp. This is the best way to sort everything out.

A gem of a little hotel! We got a warm greeting from the owner when we arrived and were shown to our room. The room was just as it was pictured; the pool area is lovely. It's a short walk to the historical town center. Breakfast was a wonderful treat along with great coffee and juice! I don't often do reviews but we were so pleased with Hotel Zamna that I want to spread the word. We'd go back in a heart beat.

Super place. Owner Rocio is awesome. She is very kind and helpful. Loved this place a little oasis in the middle of Merida. Recommended ????%

Fabulous little hotel. First you are greeted by the very friendly and welcoming owner who explains everything in detail and escorts you to the room. Then you see the attractive garden with a pool (with clear water at a perfect temperature) and loungers and sitting areas. Then the room is very nice and comfortable. The included full breakfast is excellent. It's located about a 10-15 minute walk from the center. No private parking but plenty of free street parking. Complimentary airport shuttle is an added bonus. Definitely recommended for those seeking a relaxing stay.

VERY GOOD Hotel ! This hotel is very charming, the architecture is super nice and it looks better in real than in photos, we feel good there... The owners are very professional and nice. The Pool is one of the best I have experienced, because there's a special atmosphere in this place. Very good breakfast. Everything is clean and well maintained.

We really had a good time at Zamna hotel! It’s like a little paradise hidden in the town center! To summarize, well located, great service, beautiful room and great swimming pool!
