Location isn’t too bad, pool is small, rooms are clean and have working AC. First night we arrived reception was great. Second day they were useless. They couldn’t tell us when the reservation lady would arrive and only she could help us according to the staff. Also would not recommend the restaurant... service was mediocre. For breakfast we were told we needed to pay for a child to eat... when we looked for someone to help us resolve this issue, no one was available. For dinner they forgot napkins for the table, salt, tortillas and our water. Would stay at the hotel again but would not buy the breakfast option or eat at the restaurant.

We stayed here for 2 nights during our Merida Visit and we loved the place.
It's located in walking distance to the main square and you can reach lots of restaurants by foot as well.
Once it was raining really heavy and so we enjoyed our lunch in the hotel restaurant which also offers really nice dishes.
Our room was clean and cozy and we loved the pool that is refreshing and relaxing after a city walk.
The staff here is really friendly and we would definitely come back for our next visit.

Kinda okay room, which was clean but noisy. The food we got served was in one word "terrible". We got leftovers from a travel group. Bread was hard, nothing was fresh and we waited way too long to get served. The next day the food was better because it was not leftovers anymore but still not very tasty.

We were only allowed the included breakfast for 8 of the 9 people in our group because we were split in four rooms which was super odd. The food for both breakfast and dinner was meh at best and the cairota kept forgetting what we had ordered despite writing it down. Noisy room like others mentioned.

Old furniture, not too clean and very noisy AC - It's not possibile to sleep! Poor brakfast.

It has a lot of room, there's a pool in the middle of the lobby also the hotel has a restaurant t where you can have a nice breakfast, lunch and even a dinner. The hotel is located in 59 street at the corner is 74 street

Colonial Hacienda with beautiful original door portals and some furniture. Excellent restaurant. Very attentive service.
