We picked this hotel for the position and the price. But don't expect anything more. The area with the pool was nice, but the rooms are quite old and the hotel its self is nothing special. We couldn't sleep well because there is an old
elevator that makes an horrible sound anytime it's moving. They turn it off at 10pm, but from 7am to 10pm forget to relax in the room. The service was okay, but the people that are working there don't look very happy and unless you leave a good tip anytime they do something for you they stop being nice. So if you want something cheap is okay, but if you have the chance to spend something more, I would pick something else. We won't come back here in a future.

It's alright. You get clean beds and a shower. There is a pool, nicely located quite sentral in town. DONT use the restaurant however. The food is consistently under coocked and simoltaniously burnt. The restaurant gets 1/5 stars, the rooms get 4 averaging out to a 3.

Great Place to stay, a little further from The Parque but still great room, staff and pool area. WiFi wasn't the best so had to leave and do a airbnb but that wasn't any better lol..overall it was a great stay

This is an extremely noisy hotel. It's impossible to sleep before 12 am. Even if there is nobody in the poolside they constantly turn on the music with maximum level. I phoned the reception to turn off the music as it was 11 pm (because I was told that the pool bar is open until 10 or 11 pm.) to be able to sleep. They did after half an hour. Plus, the hotel guests are also very noisy. They feel very free to make noise shouting each other etc, high volume of laughters ec. Nobody intervene from the staff. I would not recommend to stay.
On the other hand, I requested to have breakfast 30 mins earlier or if it was not possible I said I would be appreciated if they could prepare me something small as I needed to check out early. They said no. I previously worked in an hotel for 6 years and I never said no for the guests who asked breakfast box (fully) even if the restaurant was closed. Since the breakfast starts at 7 am, the restaurant guys should be there at least 6 or 6,30 am. So they could do if they wanted. It's not a big deal for me but it's a bad reputation for the hotel.
Overall, if I come to Merida again, I definitely stay somewhere else.

Staff really kind at the reception and for the luggage.
But the breakfast is I think the worst breakfast I had in my all trip !
Staff really rude and to busy to take the time for you. I try to explain him something in English and he was just exasperated.
The fruit juice coffee ... have no taste.
Take it without the breakfast ! Or just go somewhere else to eat it.
Bedroom really clean but just the towel are stained but clean.

The Guy for the luggage is the best ????

I recommend but with no breakfast definitely.

Really nice, comfortable and cozy place to stay. They a great family environment. The pool and restaurant complete the special atmosphere. Parking available. Highly recommended.

Take care, if you book a room here. Rooms are not like showen on the pictures and dirty! I had to clean it by myself.
No balconies like written on Booking.com! They will charge extra if you would have a 'normal' room, even if you booked it before on the internet. They will tell you they have no other rooms available...
Ac are not working well, so the room never will be cold! Not so nice when it's really hot outside. Internet is very very very slow. Pool is absolutely not clean! Smoking is not allowed, nowhere!
I'm so happy only stayed one night! Would never come back again!!!

Update: Found some animals in my bed. I never had such a bad hotel before. Crazy, here is so much stuff. I'm wondering what they do all day long. The hotel needs to be renovate!!!
If I could I would give minus 5 stars!
