Good hotel for a short stay in Merida.
Common areas are beautifully decorated. Pool smaller than pictures.
Lovely big comfy bed.
Shower takes some time to get hot but nice when it heats up. Flooding problem in bathroom from shower due to architecture.
Cover door as top and bottom exposed and we were worried about mosquitos.
Great location to explore Merida.
Breakfast was nice, small but nice. We added on pancakes and they were really enjoyable.
Some of the reviews exaggerated this hotel. It’s a nice hotel for the price, nothing more.

This hotel is nice, and the breakfast is good , the rooms are comfortable and the pool is small but refreshing, the only thing is that it doesn't have Views and is walking distance from Merida's downtown, I would stay here again

The team was very diligent in managing the return of a box with jewerly that we forgot in the security box. They coordinated the total delivery and return of the items. Super honest and diligent team.

The hotel seems to be quite nice, really nice team! But watch out with the bar near the hotel. Concerts and pretty loud music until late mid night or even later. When I asked the receptionist the first night she told me it wasn’t usual, but it was. First night a concert and second night loud music. It seems you are at the same bar. And unfortunately the bathroom has little friends ants. We found all our things plenty of ants.
Other than that, a nice hotel (if you don’t mind the noise or you are going to party every night until 2 or 3am)

This is one of the best hotel experiences in all my world travel. The staff makes you feel so at home you don’t want to leave the hotel. It feels very cozy and warm and quite. Everything is clean and organized. The bed is extremely comfortable and they keep the rooms and hotel smelling is good.

The included continental breakfast is perfect to start your day.

The location is perfect with just a few walking minutes away from the Merida cathedral. The location is very safe even at night. Strongly recommend! I will come back again and again!

This is a really nice hotel but still in the making. There's a lovely small pool at the courtyard and some empty terraces which I guess have plenty of potential for starting a bar at some point in the future, but not quite there yet... The rooms are really lovely and new with huge beds, although there's however some small details that don't quite make it for a 5 star hotel to me. There's no bedside lights or lamps, which means that if you want to read before bed, you still need to have the ceiling lights on. Also, the mosquito net is only placed on the corridor side windows which means that if you want some fresh air, you need to have the windows open, therefore being visible to anyone crossing the corridor, whereas the back windows (to the inside courtyard where nobody can see you) have no mosquito net, so you can't keep them open in the night...
They're only small details in comparison to the overall good stay, but I'm hoping that if the hotel reads this, they take something from them.
Aside from this, the staff were really friendly and helpful with all our queries.

The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars total was for minor things, towels were rough some had spots. There was no full length mirror. Some of the pillow cases had stains as well. There’s only 3 floors but no elevator made it a bit of a pain with our luggage. But everything else was spot on! The staff deserve 10 stars they were fabulous. So kind and helpful. We stayed in a terrace suit. Worth the money for sure. The pool is like a really big bath tub but was so nice to chill in after long days of walking around. It was refreshingly cool. I can not say enough good things about this place.
For 900pesos they have a doctor administer a COVID test to your room. They’re able to order taxi service for you. Continental breakfast was basic but coffee was great. They do have other breakfast option on site. The room was clean as well as the entire hotel. Small community pool but we didn’t use it. And the location was PERFECT walking distance to so many places here. Would definitely recommend!
