Nice place to stay close to Centro no extras no hot water but good clean beds a little hard but I made it through the night good for short stay reasonably reasonably price.

Friendly staff, open-concept layout, and decent restaurant and amenities. But wifi was very slow and when I asked the receptionist for help in fixing it, she said there’s nothing she’s willing to do, so wouldn’t recommend for online work/school. I also didn’t feel safe walking around the hotel at night

3 star modern type hotel in great location, conveniently priced,large rooms. BUt never a 4 star

Very nice hotel, very close to the city center. The rooms and facilities are great. The rooms are not as clean as they say, but a good place to sleep and chill by the pool.

Actually a nice place which can bring a much better experience. I was welcome by a feminist receptionist whose first thing was to teach me how to wear a mask correctly. Completely unfriendly and impudent. Then she couldn't charge my credit card because they didn't have a proper terminal for that. Very unprofessionell. The wifi is almost not usable inside of the room and the place itself could have a bit of maintenance. If they improve all these things it can be a 4 stars place.

24 hours by staff to get the room safe working. Comical as the safes aren't bolted down so they are worthless.
2 towels in room .. frayed.
Room keys rarely worked... Mag
strips were worn.
The wifi from the lobby doesn't reach the second floor. Tell the desk staff it's not working and they give you a different wifi router to link to.. it's 2 bars.
The staff do their best rooms are clean. English limited. Much better hotels in the area.

Place has no entrance from parking lot to hotel. WiFi slow u0026 must of the doors dont fully lock. The place is located around sketchy place, even tho the hotel inside is nice looking. "Parece un motel, no hotel"
