Oh, what is good- location. Down town. Nothing to say. But rooms.... I dont know when was made all photos from websites and in google, but it was in far past. Everything so old.... No window, in room humid, clothes dont become dry in 2 days, air wet and heavy ( hope right word), place just to sleep, but better to choose hostel, really better. On pictures looks better that in reality, its phone fault ????

This is a very basic hotel, but they do keep it up nicely in the staff are great. If you're looking for a lot of furniture and amenities in the room, this probably isn't for you. But for a quick overnight stay it's perfect. It's right across from one of the main bus stations in merida, and very close to the airport. They have a small restaurant and bar, which I have used in the past and enjoyed. This trip was just an overnight stay, and I didn't get a chance to use either of them. Showers have plenty of pressure, and they do have hot water, which is not always the case in mexico. All of the rooms have new flat screen tvs, and the air conditioning which also works well. All in all I would recommend the place if you were looking for something simple for a quick stay.

I was in room 57 and the wifi did not work at all. The room was fine and clean up to standards. AC, TV, towels, soap, lotion. The staff were friendly and let me stay 2 hours past check out time because I wasn't feeling well.

The worst hotel i've been in my entire life. Dirty rooms, rude staff and lots of noise. The worst part was not the lack of hot water, the horrible noise of the AC nor the lack of windows in my room, but the staff got into my room (after I asked not to) and stole clothes I bought on that day!!!! I'm never coming back to this hotel, and I highly recommend you to stay away from it.

every time I stay there it is getting worse and worse, last time wifi didn't work on top floor and there was no hot water. the only advantage of it is close proximity to ADO bus station, even front desk seems to be much more stressed out.... must be new management or something ? anyways I gave up on this hotel for good when they tried to charge me +100 pesos "tax" over online reservation price, that happened around 11 pm on Monday 12/06/2021

We stayed in roon #15. Staff didn't know about my request for a lower flat accomodation due to my daughter recent foot surgery. shower door was falling down constantly, wifi was terrible very terrible, my daughter had to go outside in the lobby to contact her friends and family back home, toilet was t flushing well. Hot water took forever to come on, cockroach in the room on my bed. Health and safety protocols was 3 out of 10. Don't think I will ever go back to this place.

Only cold water, Wifi didn't work, only one pillow for two people, no blanket, just a sheet and in general old fashioned style....
The pictures and comments promised more. We've been disappointed.
