It's cheap hotels with a good WiFi and the reasonable breakfast but not healthy. No proper fan in the dorm and no air-condition in this boiling hot weather. Since I arrived, I was promised that the fan will be repaired tomorrow and after 6 days they've said it's not going to be repaired and if you are not happy you can go to another hostel. Most unfriendly and unwelcoming staff that I've seen in Mexico.

Sadly we didn't have a great experience here. We booked a 6 bed AC dorm for 3 nights but never actually slept in the room. The first night there was a very bad smell and a man snoring loudly at 6pm onwards. The 2nd night a smell of cigarettes and the same man. The next morning all 5 people asked to move or for the man to be moved. Weirdly they moved everyone but him. The room also never went dark because of the outside lights. The bathroom wasn't clean. This hostel is far from town, we often used Uber. The staff did try to resolve our problems but with varying success. The breakfast was very nice and free! We wouldn't stay again.

The staff was friendly and went the extra mile to help me out when I asked. The hostel itself had a great atmosphere. very spacious with old-fashioned style. the neighborhood was pleasant too

I usually don't write reviews but feel I have to when service is very bad or there are things other travelers should be aware of.

First, I understand that I paid the lowest price therefore did not have Aircon in the room however there are very few outlets so the fan had to be plugged into my personal outlet leaving me without one and none others that I could use. Also, most of the toilets do not flush well and the bikes all have have problems (brakes don't work well or the tires have holes) and the employees don't seem to know how to fix any of the problems unless the manager is there. In addition, the mattresses are in very bad condition and the pillows and stained sheets should be replaced.

Secondly, the biggest problem I had was that there was a wedding reception and the people had rented out the back area. In my opinion the owner should really have closed the hostal to travelers since it was impossible to sleep as the party did not stop until very very late. The were apologies the next day or discount offered on anything.
Some people always want to make money no matter what and don't understand that in the long run bad reviews like this cost them more money than they are saving on the little things.

They didn't find my reservation and placed me in dorm room that even with AC was super hot. room was moldy and not very clean. My original reservation was for private room that already was taken. I can blame Hostelworld.com for my reservation issue perhaps but place didn't meet my exaptation at all and very different with pictures that I saw on internet. Front desk guy and manager were nice but the security guy was super wired and unfriendly!

Very minimal for guests. Charged my card twice and was very non chalant about it.

Great place, affordable and they include breakfast. It's agreeable and comfy.
