Honestly we stay because has good reviews but I don't know Why! Our room was not clean the shower to be specific, the towels looked very old and in bad condition, we kill 2 spiders inside and the smell from the bathroom. I don't now I was a little bit impressed... please don't stay here you can pay for the same price in an another hotel. We run out of there as soon we wake up not even interested in breakfast

We weren't aware initially that the suites and other bigger rooms were no longer part of San Angel hotel, but their own hotel now, which delayed a bit our check in, and for some reason ended up with a single bed room with a futon, rather than the 2 bed room we had requested.

The rooms are really nice and clean, the a.c. works excellently, we were even a bit cold! But the beds are so comfortable and big enough.

You are pretty close to either the airport or all big stuff around Hermosillo

Do not stay here!

The internet is bad, the cable sucks, and there was no hot water. We reported this at night and in the morning there was still no hot water. We asked for another room but were told the problem was in every room then when somebody finally went to check in our room that person told us the other rooms did have hot water. So nobody even knows what is going on or we were lied to. Terrible service!!!

I only stay here because my kids like the pool slide. The breakfast buffet is really bad and pricey, internet is bad quality, water coming out of the shower is very uncomfortable, pool is not climatized. .. When I don't bring kids, I stay somewhere else.

Attended a work seminario at Santorian Hotel. Facilites are new. Service is good. De ate at San Ángel restaurante buffet, the good was decent un taste with a lot of variety to choose. Cheap hotel with decent food and good accomodation.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY
This hotel has the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in... I requested to change to other room, but they were very rude.

Great service, includes a Good breakfast, have a nice pool and a big parking
