Cute place. The free Continental breakfast part is not displayed so we had to ask. We didn't arrive before the pool closed so I am not sure how that was.

The pictures on the websites do not match the hotel
No exhaust fans, the bathroom fits a toilet and a shower that floods no fan
The parking is half gravel and is shared by delivery trucks zooming by
Mosquitos will eat you alive if you are outside or at the ‘restaurant’
The rooms smell humid and feel dirty
The bedding and towels are super old and worn
You have to pay extra if you want to make coffee in your room
The breakfast are chilaquiles every day the orange juice is watered down if you want real juice you have to buy
No Ice machines
No laundry for guest use, you have to use their service; the Expedia website is wrong
I asked for extra towels and was told to go get one from the bin by the pool
The rooms are cramped, dirty and dingy
No dresser, a small opening in the wall to hang clothes
No luggage carts

Very low budget hotel. interior Designer/Architect are great but the construction, furniture, equipment, amenities are very low quality. Even the keys every time we go to the room we have to stop by the front desk to remagnetize the key cards!!! Very poor hygiene (restrooms,rooms,towels and blankets) are not clean at all!! Under beds and around the toilets never been cleaned in ages Even though it looks like it's a newly remodeled hotel. Very bad experience. Completely unsatisfied!! Even the front desk manager (Hugo) is way far from a management qualifications. Oh forgot to mention that the pool is completely useless And not for kids!!! Its Freezing cold on an extremely hot day 98 degrees !!!

Rooms are very small looks like a motel and warm water form the shower takes forever. The food from the restaurant was very delicious tho. They charge too much for their type of rooms.

Rooms are very small , pool is close and gym is close as well , the food was good however the reason for the 2 starts is for the girl in the front for being really rude . And over charging for a small hotel , not worth it .

Somehow it is a good place forma what hoy paid for. A lot of things to improve, elevator wasnt working twice in my 2 days stay, rooms áre noise (block walls) bathroom became a pool after a shower. But it's clean and staff are very Nice.

Everything was fine the reason for the 4 stars is because their keys don't work properly, they deactivate must of the time. Is better to stop at the front desk before you return to your room.
