Facility needs a great deal of service; personnel could be more friendly, they are relatively close to the airport.

Very clean place..very safe. Its good if your flying out of Hermosillo...they offer courtesy shuttle and if u stay 1 night u can park your car there instead of paying for parking at the airport.

Super, great hotel, clean, security 24/7, I feel safe, great breakfast, not noise, clean. Honest people. Always ready to help.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, the food was TERRIBLE!! We orderd a club sandwich, they brought us a sandwich that was not toasted, and instead of turkey and ham, it had bolony lettuce and tomatoes. The tamales were sour, and they took forever to take it to the room, front desk service was very rude, the security man was harrasing my daughter in law, they made our stay a nightmare!!! Next time we will stay at the Royal Palace in Tucson its very popular, they say its a bit more expensive but it's worth it, we should've listened.

Very affordable on a holiday and they had availability. The buffet was very delicious and moderately priced. There is free shuttle service to the airport and our driver Sergio was friendly and patient. He even warmed the van for us and let us wait inside. Will definitely make this a must when visiting Hermosillo.

It got 2 star because the price. While this hotel looks nice. Just spend the extra money and get a real hotel. The toilet was broken and it appears to come from a prison. The shower head leaked from everywhere but on to yourself. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. Tv not up to par. It's a shame this place misses the mark. It had so much potential. The tile work looks good just never capitalized on what this place could be. I heard the food is good but haven't tried it yet. I'm sitting here thinking about the holiday inn.
