The breakfast buffet has some of the best food. Even if you are not staying at the hotel come for the food.

Breakfast is good and it stops there. Rooms are less than moderate. Tv and wifi are shady. Parking above I wouldnt drive anything bigger than a small compact suv. Poor site planing. Nothing beside the entrance and the waiting area couches say Royal. Really says motel 6. The price and up keep are at a 1 star hotel level.. im sorry royal I had higher hopes for you.

I stayed here for work, 6 months total..... I would say one of the best places to have breakfast the reason why I give them 1 star otherwise it would be 0 stars.... it's just not worth the price, way more hotels on the area that provide better service.

Royal palace step it up or you will lose the few clients you have left.

5 minutes waiting on front desk to show.
5 minutes more while he chats.
5 more minutes to help one person ahead of me.
Hot and tired he the tells me he has no room available.
Could he not have told me this 15 minutes earlier?
Maybe a note on the front door.
A no vacancy sign.
After many nights here I believe there are too many other choices in Hermosillo to be treated this way. Just a little common courtesy.
We proceeded to the Holiday Inn and were treated very well.
I have been looking at the Airbnb site and there are some really good choices there also

Excelente Servicio. Exceptional customer service and friendly reception at the moment you walk in to this Establishment. Breakfast buffet has an extensive selection of breakfast foods that can keep you there eating all morning long. I highly recommend it to anyone that likes great food. It's my third event here and all terrible experiences with food, it's served way too late and cold, no snacks and most meals taste horrible, specially creams and meats, these last feeling dry and old. None of my family and friends are coming back here ever.
At least the employees are nice and polite.
