As soon as we got here we realized that there were no elevators and our room was on the third floor and we carried our luggages. However, the worst part of this was to expose my children to blood stains on sheets! Super nasty, and dirty towels. How is this place recommended and taking precautions for covid? I took pictures and notified the front desk immediately and got two new sheets once again one with blood stains. Not the best place for families! Would never recommend!

The WIFI is the more bad Ithat i ever had and I will never will recommend it in that way and other thin they don't have elevator to the different floors, so if you go out for a long time walk is very frustrating no to have a way to use an elevator that's my opinion thanks

My husband was assaulted outside of this hotel. They stole all his documents passport , money and phone everything he had with him. I would suggest to be careful if deciding to stay here.

Very nice staff and good locaton.
But the rooms as ver small, there is no elevator and you hear everything in your room!
Also to access the parking you need someone to open it for you and you need to leave your keys at the front desk.

I was on the top floor but still could not sleep well, even while using earplugs.

I stayed one night out of the 4 booked and went to a better hotel.

Bed is terrible. Rock hard with plastic mattress cover makes you sweat and makes crunching noise all night.

Great water pressure in the shower.

Staff is nice.

Hotel is okay if you are only planning to sleep there. We had a room with two beds and was next to a busy street. We got very little sleep due to all the street noise. The room was very small and the sheets had black shoe prints under the folded section where it folds onto the comforter. We ask to have the sheets changed which they did.
The shower dripped and it was not repaired, so we put a towel in the shower so that it would muffle the sound of drops hitting the tiles of the shower floor. This place has no elevators so expect to carry your bag up the stairs, no wheel chair access.

It has spacious rooms, and the service is good. There are some interesting design choices, like the bathroom not having a window or an extractor, but in general is a good place to stay.
