Customer service is fair but rooms are extremely small for 3 people even though we reviewed two beds. No cold/warm water to show or brush your teeth only extremely hot water. No water to flush the toilet. Hotel doesn’t look bad from inside has a few good decorations but wouldn’t be back again. Next time I’ll choose another hotel to stay in this area. There are many around here

Amazing experience.
Personal, very kind people, always a smile, ready to help you, to serve you, your stay it's their priority.
Rooms, always clean and orgaised, looking for your comfort.
Restaurant, always fresh Breakfast, food and fruit made and cut at the moment, very kind people, you will not miss anything on your breakfast.
Thanks to all the personal from the hotel and the restaurant, thanks a lot. I have to go back again to Guadalajara and for sure to the Perla.
I recommend this hotel, don't hesitate.

This hotel was located near lots of shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice design.

The TV has limited channels and keeps resetting as I change the channels.

Not much breakfast choices. Mostly fresh fruits, eggs, tortilla meals, bread, and juice from my experience.

The lobby computers are pretty slow and laggy. Not recommended for livestreams.

Stayed for a few nights but had to switch hotels for the rest of my trip. My family was placed in the last room on the highest floor, Very disappointed when we found out elevator was being worked on. The free breakfast was ok and the reception was nice. Overall will most likely not be returning to this location.

Convenient location. Clean and comfortable. Gym available. Restaurant options. Break-fast buffet. Nice and attentive staff. Great for a weekend trip. They offer Tequila Town and other destinations tours paying in advance.

The staff and facilities are 5 Star, the location could be better. Everyone the maids, bellhops, receptionist and the servers were both professional and friendly. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. Loved the beds! The only drawback was that the hotel has busy bus stops on both sides. It is a bit noisy until 10ish when the buses stop running. I will be staying here again.
