Inexpensive employees helpful and polite bring your own scrub towel. It had been remodeled stayed there about 5 days A/C good, pool was closed at 8 pm. The only thing i noticed were the signs of bed bugs in the mattress management can get new ones and there is a spray that will rid of them. One of my co-workers told me about it his son kept bringing them from work because the had to wear a community jacket when going into the freezers where his son worked at. They sell it in amazon it’s a red bottle. Forgot morning buffet was good opened through out the day. But we ate in other places when we went on tour. We went to tequila mmmm good stuff too. That is another story.

Towels were smelly, room was subpar. Restroom door didn’t stay closed. AC worked wonderfully, staff was friendly and helpful.

Very bad filty and old furniture, old TV without cable only local channels, and the most important thing is NO SECURITY AT ALL! The room doors not even have a lock in the inside anyone with bad intentions and a hard plastic card can easily open your door from the outside, since your only security is and old key to open the lock throughout the outside with No security inside, the feeling I personally feel was as if I stay in a over priced, cheap US hoteI, we stay at this place thinking it will have the same service quality as the brother hotel across street since also is called Hotel aranzasu but the one I stay was Hotel Aranzasu Eco, very mean personnel, never ever again even if is free.

It's fairly inexpensive and near the center, so that's nice. It's easy to catch a bus or grab a taxi.
The common areas are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms, though, are really small and not nearly as nice as the rest of the hotel. If you turn the shower up too high, the curtain keeps sticking to you or flies out and sticks to the toilet and you end up making a mess in the bathroom. That was a pain.
All in all, though, the stay was pleasant enough, but, again, the common areas are deceiving; don't expect the rooms to be anywhere near as nice.
Food was decent. The breakfast buffet and coffee were good.

Great hotel for if you're on a budget. I had no problems during my stay and liked the hotel very much.

We stayed on the Eco side. The beds were absolutely the worst we’ve ever, and I do mean ever, experienced. Other than that, for the price, no complaints. Staff is very very friendly and helpful, the place is clean and the restaurant is an excellent value. If you stay here, check the bed before getting settled in and ask for another room. We sure wish we had!
