Very good Service. Only „problem“ is the language barrier. But you will manage to communicate all yours need. If you are to early for checking, you can still leave your luggage at the hotel and explore the surroundings.

Very friendly staff, nice bathroom, comfy beds, TV.. etc.. Everything you could expect and more for this pricepoint.

Recommended for every tourist wanting to stay short term in GDL!

There were unfortunately a few things that bothered us during our stay.
1. After our first night, we had bed bug stings and therefore informed the hotel. We were moved into a new room, but were informed that they wouldn’t cover any cleaning costs of our clothes, in case the bugs wandered in our luggage
2. After a few days, we suddenly realized that my girlfriends Pyjama was gone. After searching the room for a while, we informed the reception where they only said it was weird and to ask the cleaning people the next day. We did so, and got the Pyjama back the next day…
3. The room was not well isolated so we heard a lot of noise and traffic at night

Centrally located and very clean.
I have a story to tell. I always leave a card and some cash in the hotel while I'm exploring a new town. The morning I had to leave I forgot in the nightstand drawer. I was waiting for my Uber at the curb and the maid came running out with my card and the hundred dollar bill I left behind. I'm at a loss for words. I know she could have used it. Being a maid in any country can't be easy. I wish everybody had her level of moral standards. I'm filled with good feelings today. This woman is an angei

Outdated building on a noisy corner. If you speak english there isnt a bilingual staff. The rooms are secured with keys locks and i could see daylight through the gaps in the door frame. I was out of there after the first night. Small uncomfortable beds.

Oxxo is next door. The price for a room is a bit pricey for the quality. No air conditioning so the window had to remain open all night. Sadly, there is very loud construction next door so do not expect to sleep late.
