This was our third choice for breakfast because the first two had lineups. Cannot imagine a better place for breakfast. Great me u with lots of choices. Service was good and very pleasant staff. Complimentary sweats were offered, many choices and as many as you want! Coffee was good. Breakfast excellent. Make this place your first choice!

We had a very delicious lunch. The restaurant wasn't too busy. There are washrooms. The staff was friendly and patient. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and we felt comfortable and not rushed. It was great to sit after shopping all morning.
There is no outside seating but the outside walls of the restaurant are open near the top. This let's in fresh air.

Best chai latte I ever had!
Nice and quiet place. I liked the chicken wrap and loved the nachos (i only miss jalapeño in nachos). My mom loved papas con chamoy- I didn’t liked.

Pésimo servicio y la comida está más americanisado que nada, vean las fotos de los chilaquiles secos y los chilaquiles de cilantro ????

There is very bad customer service, the orders take forever and the waiter/tress give you attitude when you ask for something.

The food is NOT traditional Mexican food, it's made more for tourist that don't know any better ????

My friend u0026 I recently visited Guadalajara and we had breakfast here. Although my experience with my breakfast was decent, my friend got food poisoning (salmonella to be specific). We noticed her egg was undercooked - the eggs whites were super runny as if it had only been on the stove top for under a minute. She got very very sick and unfortunately had one of the worst food poisoning experiences I’ve ever witnessed. Because of this, I will not be returning to chai cafe. Your chefs should pay more attention to the quality of food they are producing so people don’t get sick.

Love this place! Love their menu, varied and delicious and the service fantastic! Anything on the menù and the chai and apple latte incredible! I could go on about the menu... I had been in GDL so many times and had not discovered this gem among gems..
