The best thing about this hotel, and my reason for 5 stars is the way they handled the 2 problems I had during my stay.
I booked because the website said there was a fridge in each room.
When I arrived, there wasn't one.
They moved one into my room within 10mins.
Unfortunately it stopped working 2 days later and I woke up to my food being spoilt and my drinks warm.
The staff generously refunded me the cost of the items, AND sent a full breakfast to my room.
The hotel itself is nice enough, but the staff make it great.
