Went for breakfast today on the outside terrace. The floors were covered with food in several places. The menus were pretty, but covered in food as well. Very low standards for cleanliness it seems. There were two waiters and one table on the terrace. Perhaps they were full inside, but we waited for ten minutes for someone to take our order. We finally left as we simply had no more time to wait. The terrace was lovely. I truly wish they had better standards of cleanliness and more attentive waiters as we were looking forward to dining there.

This is only about the coffee shop. We ordered lunch, sat outside at a lovely table. 15 minutes into our lunch our waiter told us we had to move inside because he needed our table to add to another, for a larger group which was not there yet, but was coming soon. There were plenty of other tables but he insisted on moving us. It was so disrespectful, I couldn't believe it. This was insulting, rude and ruined our whole experience. He wouldn't even wait for us to finish our soup. We had planned on a nice lunch with entries and desert but this just brought the whole thing to an unhappy halt. Never again. They need to learn what a customer is.

Had a lovely stay here in July - rooms were clean and well equipped, staff were very friendly and the breakfast was tasty and fresh! Also enjoyed the hot tub one evening, it’s in a somewhat hidden corner of the hotel area.

Even there was one staff just ignored me when I needed a stamp on my parking ticket. All others are friendly. The location is perfect, the room is cozy, the food and the bar are good

Went there for breakfast. Horrible food for the price; worse service. Asked for sweet bread for 2 tables of 10 (20 people) and they brought 2 piece’s of bread—because they just had 2 pieces! Ran out of Eggs Benedict… how do you run out!?!? Avocado on one plate was bruised-had to cut about 20% of it off. No red sauce for chilaquilies! Food was cold. Orange juice was room temperature. $5000 pesos for breakfast. Pretty building though. No one checking quality. Expected much better considering menu prices.

Everything was perfect and stellar! Special shout-out to Karla the manager and Alma. They made us feel like we were home with every single detail. The staff , the beds, the service, the food . Seriously everything was on point. Secret Gem in chihuahua. Everytime I comeback this will be my place to stay. Thanks to Marco and Myrka as well who were extremely helpful during our stay.
