For all visitors who are seeking a tax return please don’t buy here, sales will mislead you to an “agent” who will do it for you but in fact the sales won’t give you the invoice that the tax refund needs!!! It’s a scam!!!!!

Traditional high end jeweler with good selection of products. Diamonds are high quality. Prices are higher than the same items in the US but this is Cancun and the tourist area. There are only a few "traditional" jewelry stores here which makes both the jewelry and the prices explainable.

Great selection. I has very tempted to get something here for my wife, it's a better location and a better Tiffany u0026 Co than other places I've been to in the States. Cancun's shopping area here in the hotel district is a notch above other locations even like Miami and Los Angeles. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The guy was amazing and extremely nice like any other Tiffany in the US. I got two bracelets with no issues or problems.

Very misleading information to get you to buy. Sales person advised that we would receive tax back at the airport. This is a lie and a con. We have emailed Tiffany's numerous times very unhelpful. Shame on tiffany's not the service or after care you would expect from such a well respected jewellers. The money back department at Cancun airport have not had the decency to reply to our emails. Save your money and but back home and don't get conned

Tiffany u0026 Co. Would not let us shop together. They lost $3k or more in sales. Other shops let 13 people shop at the same time. ???? #covidsucks
