Just stuffed my face with a delicious double bacon burger, oh so yummy perfectly crispy fries, and a smooth as silk chocolate shake. Our waiter, Isidro, was on task as was the rest of crew running this restaurant.
Stop here and you won't be disappointed with the service or the food.

One of the best burgers I've ever had. And the best onion rings for sure! Nice family place with old American style atmosphere.

Very nice restaurant with an old retro style. Good variety of food and milkshakes. Service is served quite fast.

Delicious from their fries, to their malts and burgers. Great service also - however, you do pay for it (extra tax added at the end)!

I had the original hamburger + Phillip cheese steak.

Burger was a little dry and not seasoned too well but still turned out pretty good.

Phillip cheese steak wasn't good at all. Dry and bland.

The place is a little too expensive for the quality you get

Being in Mexico for 10 days and not being able to find much "American" or "Canadian" food this place was a God sent! Our group found this place on a whim but by far was one of our favourite meals in Mexico. The staff were phenomenal as well as the food. Actually a huge reason why we opted for it at the airport when leaving.

Our family of 8 dined at this location on Oct 9, 2022. The server was very kind. The food was very poor. Our burgers were so soggy that we could not eat the . The sourdough bread on one sandwich was so old and stain it was inedible. I reached out to Johnny Rocket Corporate for a solution, they forwarded to the store. Juan, the manager contacted me and said the lettuce was not drained properly… end of story, I guess. We spend more that 2,600 peso for the food that could not be eaten. Then we received an email blaming the lettuce. We visit Cancun regularly but we will not dine at Johnny Rocket’s in the future.
