This was the best of the 'American' chain restaurants that we are at in Cancun. The food was what you expect at a Chilis.

Service was adequate and why I only have three stars. Food came out fast and hot...although I always forget to say I want my fries with my meal, not as an Appy. Once the food arrived we did not see our server again. I would have loved a other beer, but it was not meant to be.

Food was great service was horrible. There was only 3 tables being served and a waitress was worried more about socializing with her co workers. Had to flag her down to get a additional drinks and the check after waiting at least 5 minutes .

Streak came out raw and had to be taken bad. It was still raw when it came back out. Hamburger was salty and the chicken was over good. Over all a bad experience and definitely wasn’t worth the amount we paid.

Don't go there. The salmon and vegetables were way overcooked. Poor service. Also when coming there I asked about if they were showing a world cup match that I really wanted to watch. They promised me that they would show It, and I the end they didn't even have the channel.

The food was greasy and soggy. The service was adequate. Unsure if the AC was broken but it was hot in the restaurant.
