Amazing place to stay, everything was perfect! The staff here are super friendly, and the room is very clean. Wifi is reliable and fast. The common area is beautiful and nicely set up. The location is also extremely convenient and within walking distance to great food and covid testing sites. And I love the breakfast!! Will definitely return and recommend to friends.

Part 2:

She quickly changed tone and went on a menacing and accusing rant that we are the reason they might have troubles with the government and it’s our fault if she looses her job.

My girlfriend and I were kinda speechless, where did all this come from? Why are we being accused like that and treated like disrespectful kids?

We told her how we felt and that all this situation was unbelievable.
Long story short, we got KICKED OUT this morning.
Instead of having a breakfast, we got “schooled” for no reason and got kicked out.

By far the worst experience I have ever had.

We are filing a complaint to Booking this week in order to get our money back.
We refuse to pay for being KICKED OUT FOR NO REASON !

Avoid this hostel at all cost, the bad management that does not communicate essential information, the unnecessary rude and threatening tone, the hostess that does not follow the guidelines of the administrator at the expense of the guests left us with a biter feeling. The worst way to start a well deserve holiday and really bad image for this lovely country.

Wonderful gem, tucked away in in quite area of Cancun. Accomodation ideal for couples of all ages seeking something different with an owner/ manager that cares deeply for her guests. Heartedly recommend.

DO NOT stay here by any means. The young guy who says he's the owner is creepy, dishonest and hurts people and damages their belongings, forcing you to spend thousands of pesos getting your belongings fixed. If you're a woman I would stay even farther away from here, if he can get a knife and destroy your things, you can only imagine what he could do to people. They have been reported to the police and hotel management in Cancun and we hope this places gets shut down.
