They are genius to have the dorm rooms down the street from the noise. the water systems in all aspects needs to improve. As long as this place stays as an official hostel in Cancun center, I have faith that it will slowly get even more nicer, in due time

Wonderful experience here! The bar always had a great atmosphere and a lot of fun! Most of the hosts were great too! The dormitory (16 beds) is a bit rust but still nice.

SCAM! They wanted to charge cash after we said we only had card. Price was changed then card was charged when I didn’t even stay there! Plus, the manager is aggressive and will get violent! Dirty and unsafe. Rooms are across the street next to the sketchy ally. WILL STEAL YOUR PASSPORT!

When I returned to Cancun, I made sure to make this my place to stay. The best hostel so far I have been to. It is convenient to be right next to a grocery store, lots of delicious street food, the ADO station, and public buses to the Hotel Zone. All that aside, the best part about this hostel is the people who work here and the people who stay here. Everybody is so friendly, loving, energetic, and down to earth. I am so thankful to have made friends with some of the amazing staff here including Diego, Daniel, and Pepe. They help you remember to live life to the fullest.

The staff were rude vacant and narcissistic. Adding on drinks to bills and short changing you every time. I seen a volunteer receiver a tip off a customer and a staff member take it off them and Later found out that the volunteer didn’t receive any of the money that was originally given to them. The water went off in our block and they said it would be back on in 10 minutes and didn’t get water until 48 hours later. The pool was as clean as a prison toilet seat. Due to to the water shortage we were given a “free breakfast” which had a price cap on it and had to pay more to make it a reasonable breakfast. The rooms were dirty and damp. All in all 0/5

It was just straight up dirty and disgusting. Never been in such a bad hostel. The bar area is nice but the rooms?! Just a joke. You could barely call that a hostel.

Terrible place to stay. Located in a dirty area. Flooded, alcohol centered and cero hot water to shower.
