Ubicated a few steps of the principal avenue 'Costera de las palmas', it's a peaceful ,quiet hotel with swimming pool and restaurant \\ bar service.
Altought they are very kindness, and their rooms are spacious and very clean, they need to offer wi fi service, something in need of anyone.
You have a wonderful sight from the window to other buildings but you can't see the sea.

Best value/location hotel, just 5 min walk to the closest beach, rooms below 3th floor have bad smell, there is no door between the beds and the bathroom so if you want some privacy when doing your business forget about it, also either you keep cool the room with the AC or ventilate the bathroom, rooms have bad noise insolation so you will hear everything from the hall, I stayed two nights and never saw the pool being cleaned, water never was crystal clear. If you are traveling with family or close people and just need a place to stay, this is the choice.

I love the place and the staff... Everything is clean, super quiet and super close to the ocean.

I think they need to improve their rooms with a coffee machine and small refrigerator and room service
