Eduardo and his son are excellent hosts. We stayed three nights over new year at Wayahnb'al hostal. They helped us to figure out a plan for new-year's eve. One morning they even served a freshly harvested papaya to their guests, which they grow on their property. The hosts are very attentive and fit perfectly to the relaxing place, which was built by themselves.
The common area around the pool, such as the kitchen, the sunbeds and hammocks are very inviting for a calm stay in Acapulco. The huts are clean and neat with comfy beds.
The public beach is better reached by car, however it is possible to walk as we did. It's about a 25 min to walk and on the big street there is a thin sidewalk. Once you reach the golf court there is a wider sidewalk.
Just about 200m from the hostal to the corner at the big street there is a delicious seafood restaurant called "El plebe alegre". 100% recommended!! A supermarket like Soriana or Walmart are close by and in walking distance.
Eduardo and Lalo, we wish you all the best. Mariana and Martin
