The Service is amazing, really spectacular. The houses are beautiful and excellently maintained. It is a dream vacation. Acapulco is not what it once was, bus as long as you stay in the houses and beach you will have a wonderful vacation!

Nice hotel and property but being it's located in Acapulco lessens it's appeal. The ATP tennis tournament is a draw for sure but leaving the property and exploring the surrounding areas can be a bit sketchy. I am a Fairmont Platinum member (now Le Club) so I took advantage of room upgrades to a suite, it was good but not over the top. Certainly there are better Fairmont's to be had in other parts of the world, Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica is one of these. In the end it was so-so. Like I said the tennis was more memorable than the hotel.

I was planning a vacation, but the negative reviews and pictures of this hotel made me rethink my plans, and the fraud and carelessness of this beautiful place I believe I would definetly regret it
