Positive: The hotel itself! I enjoyed everything about it. The pools were clean and just the right size. The hotel¿s restaurants were good. I particularly enjoyed Azul. Negative: Checking in was not ideal. Wearing masks outdoors is not an effective way to prevent COVID19 so it shouldn¿t be required to guests while they wait to get helped at the lobby.

It was a very nice stay in the hotel. I would normally give 4 stars because the evening buffet in the restaurant was not the best. But the breakfast for the price was really nice. Furthermore the hotel found a very good way to compensate our payment because we left one day earlier due to the storm. Thank you. We will come back

It's an impressive building, pyramid shaped and huge. We went when they were doing maintenance in most of the hotel. Pool with the slide was closed, left tower was closed too. We stayed at La Perla tower and it was a little outdated but very confortable. The price was very good for the size of the room and being ocean front at around $120 dollars a day.
Every single employee we interacted with was extremely courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and always there for us!
Dinner at Azul was 5 stars! what a place to eat Mexican haute cuisine, wow food there.
We loved it and highly recommend this hotel

Ah. A staff harrased me about wearing a mask. I was standing by the kitchen's comal, where the temperature was easily 50 Celsius. Viruses can't stand such heat. Other than that, it was very comfortable.

I had such a magical experience there, great services, awesome food, super clean rooms. However, I really recommend knowing Spanish if you are traveling to Acapulco, it's really hard to find English speaker there. :)

The good reviews must be paid for as I found the hotel disgusting. The room we had was filthy. Cockroaches day and night throughout the hotel. Our 10 day dream holiday turned into a real life living nightmare. After 5 horrendous days we booked a return flight home.
