Eduardo was an excellent server, he was amazing, nice, and quick with the food. The food was delicious, and the steak was one of the best I've had here in Guadalajara. Of course, i will be coming back here. This restaurant is always delicious, but this time around and lately, they have been excellent. Crunchy fries and crunchy blooming onion, amazing wings and burger, and an amazing cedar salad. Refreshing drinks, delicious food, amazing service. If you arrive later in the evening, you should ask for Eduardo, because he is the best.

It was a good experience! The food was really good, the server was nice and kind! Is not my first time in outback but in galerías it really was ????

This is great food, great service. A little bit higher prices for the Mexican market. This place is great, but is a chain restaurant. It doesn't have the "home made" feeling or originality or authenticity of another kind of place. This is good quality for price... But I only eat here if I have to.

Apparently to these cooks medium rare is well-done. Embarrassing. Send out some shoe leather next time.
The bread bowl for the clam chowder was overcooked to a brick.
Also what looked like a long hair in the chowder.
The only reason they get 2 stars is the waiters are polite.

Staff is great and very attentive
Service is quick as well
Food served is good but not as good as compared to outlet in andares
The bread and butter served was not fresh, after eating at andares outlet was having same expectation but it was a let down

Drinks good, food was soooooo salty. Service staff was good.

Overall good food and service.
However it seems like there was not great variety of steaks. I have visited a couple of times on the US and Im not sure to have the same experience.
