Place is well decorated and looks appealing.
Large seating area along with kids area to keep your kids busy.
They have changing menu as per the festivities and season so you will always find a seasonal menu whenever you visit.

Food portions are fair enough compared to prices. There is no consistency though its like hit and miss.
Drinks are good enough but pricing is a bit high.

Staff is very attentive and helpful and they take care of your requests very well.

Upholstery u0026 furniture is dirty we changed like 3 sofas but all of them were equally dirty that we were disgusted.

Bathrooms were also not maintained well it was dirty. One cant expect the basic stuff to be lagging when you are visiting one of the premium food chain.

All in all you can visit them food wont disappoint and skip the sofas.

The service was sub par, this Applebee's isn't like the others, the food was cold, the service was slow, the drinks were too sugary and no alcohol. They will push for the 10 percent even if they don't deserve it. The only good thing was the ambience, but the cold food and service ruined it for me. Beware of this one, not like the others.

Place is nice and clean, food was ok and the price accessible.
Service was poor, it took 20 min to bring our order, the place was not very busy to justify the waiting time, waitress never came back to check if we needed anything else, when I asked for the bill, it took them 15 min to bring it.
Coffee thermo looked bad.
So far is the worst place I've been to.

Our first time in any Applebees. To break down the experience :

1. Ample seating spaces,
2. Easy pop music
3. Uncomplicated menu
4. Great Mojito
5. Great portion sizes for food
6. Delicious flavours - simple and straightforward.
7. Polite service.
8. Approx: US$25 per head with a cocktail...

Overall, a pleasant and cost effective experience.

The food is delicious and the personal is polite. But they asked us for 2 slices of bred to the salad $60. Otherwise it's a nice place.

It was for my birthday. We got horrible service and the manager didn't really seem to concerned. Very disappointed ☹️
