This place is just ok. Nothing special, and is pricey. Food was good but again, you can get something better at the same price.

RAW CHICKEN!!!
My experience here was all around terrible. Me and my husband came for dinner, he got the chicken fried steak and it was completely raw!! After we told the waiter it then took him 15 minutes to find the manager. Once the manager was informed he went back into the kitchen for another 20 minutes. Finally when we were able to get his attention again he was totally clueless. He offered to remake it or order something else or a free dessert. We didn’t want either. I would expect after serving someone RAW CHICKEN you would be on top of service and offer to take care of the bill. He just nonchalantly said he would remove it from the bill and didn’t apologize or even seem concerned. ONE OF MY WORST DINNING EXPERIENCES EVER!

Had one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had, the “Queso burger” it was super greasy, the bottom bun was completely soaked in oil. I don’t think the price is worth for a meal like this in México.

Service wasn’t the best I waited a lot to get my check.

Food was great, nice open area, good music u0026 the manager was amazing he was attentive, kept checking on the tables, kept the servers on their toes and he even helped us out with getting transportation to the airport, he went above the fall of duty!

Expensive and bad food. Decent service but the food is the one star responsible.

It is a awesome Hotel with good taste!
