This was definitely a great experience. We ordered the nigiri omakase and it was delicious. They first serve you a salad while you wait for the nigiris. The service was great and everyone was really attentive. It was a nice touch that they let you pick out your sake cups. The nigiri themselves were all delicious. Only one had a garnish, which just shows the quality of the fish. We tried a variety of white dish which were all delicious, along with the many parts of the tuna we had. We tried two different salmons, which was really nice to compare side by side. I preferred the Scottish salmon. The meal ends with a nice miso soup. Highly recommend visiting. I also advice making a reservation in advance.

I was expecting this moment.
The place is cozy.
But the overall experience is disappointing.
You pay an extremely expensive meal for something just basic.
The food is average.
I will have given more stars if the ratio quality/price was better.
A total disappointment

Was excited to check out an omakase place, but this place was reservation only, even though it looked empty. So just wanted to have a note here for others.

This used to be my favorite restaurant, but the new chef Enrique has a very bad attitude: rude and very bad service. This restaurant used to be the very best in Guadalajara. Not anymore. Sadly I can’t recommend it anymore. Hope that they change the way of service so it can achieve again the recognition it once had.

Fine Omakase restaurant. Excellent service. While it is expensive for Mexico a meal with such fresh seafood would be twice as much in the United States. Will go back for sure.
