Instalaciones 8/10. Lugar sencillo con 7 mesas, buena ventilación y decoración. Como única observación el lavabo derramaba agua al lavarte las manos y te mojabas los pies.
Mobiliario 7/10. Las sillas son incómodas y nada ergonómicas, las mesas son muy pequeñas.
Servicio 4/10.
1. El tiempo de espera es muy alto aprox 25 min por platillo, (éramos dos personas).
2. Los platillos no los recibimos al mismo tiempo, primero desayuné y 25 minutos después recibió mi acompañante sus chilaquiles.
3. El mesero que nos atendió desorganizado y nada atento.
-La mayor parte del tiempo estaba en la barra perdido en el celular, llegó un momento en que tuve que levantarme y buscarlo.
-Pedi bebidas extras que nunca llegaron.
-Solicite la cuenta de dos platillos de chilaquiles y tardaron 20 minutos, nuevamente tuve que levantarme y tratar en la barra para que me pudieran atender.
4. Solo éramos 4 mesas con 8 comensales en total y la organización fue pésima, no fuimos los únicos en quejarnos en el momento.
5. Al momento de levantarme para ir a la barra había un ejército de platos sucios, que daba un mal aspecto y sobre todo gran cantidad de moscas.
Alimentos 9/10. Considero que los alimentos son buenos y las porciones justas.
Ligeramente altos los precios en algunos conceptos.
Solo tengo un comentario referente a qué no preparan salsas para acompañar tus alimentos.
Mejoren su servicio, leei comentarios de otras personas y al parecer no somos los únicos.
Te intentan vender un concepto de café de altura cuando la realidad es otra, el menú y la descripción del lugar que lo acompaña no coinciden.
En la descripción del café mencionan que el café es cosechado a 2,000 metros de altura sobre el nivel del mar y regado con agua de manantial y bla bla bla... Y nada que ver...
Nos dieron gato por liebre!
