I asked for a minor consultation here for a fall I suffered not too long ago, thinking that I was going to break the bank for the service I was going to get. Not so, it seems. The doctors and staff here were friendly and helpful. So I definitely recommend coming here, even if it’s for something minor. Better safe than sorry.

The hospital, from having been “top”, has already become the sad and forgotten brother of the one in Valle Real. Everything was terrible, from the line to enter the parking lot, to the wait of more than an hour to receive the patient in the room, the slow and poorly trained staff. The doctor's room was super dirty and we ordered food 2 hours before finishing the surgery, since the whole team had to run to other hospitals to finish, and it seemed like the best option. They never brought us the food, what's more, they had it written down in the dining room, but they forgot to prepare it. In the end, we all left annoyed saying “We will not operate here again”.

El hospital, de haber sido “top”, ya pasó a ser el hermano triste y olvidado del de Valle Real. Todo pésimo, desde la fila para entrar al estacionamiento, hasta la espera de más de una hora para recibir al paciente en sala, el personal lento y poco capacitado. La sala de médicos estaba súper sucia y ordenamos de comer 2 horas antes de terminar la cirugía, ya que todo el equipo teníamos que correr a otros hospitales acabando, y nos pareció la mejor opción. Nunca nos llevaron la comida, es más, en comedor la tenían anotada, pero olvidaron prepararla. Al final, nos fuimos todos molestos profieriendo un “No volvemos a operar aquí”.
