We arrived by car without a reservation and had two options. The Plaza Olmeca next door or the Best Western. The reviews on the Olmeca mentioned slow WiFi so we asked a guest in the lobby how was the WiFi. He replied very slow. We went to the Best Western, asked a guest in the lobby and he said very fast. That’s all we needed to hear. The price was lower and included breakfast. However, the waiter added on 15% to the bill when the line item recommended 10% tip. The front desk the next morning said breakfast was not included even though it was the same person the day prior who checked us in and advised it was. Parking is included but you need to take your parking ticket to the front desk to be validated before leaving the parking. 730. Pesos cash for a king bed with breakfast and parking.

They thought we brought a cat into the room (I swear that I can't even imagine how they came up with that conclusion), they wouldn't explain why. They were really rude and didn't ask, just accused us and didn't believe us when we explained it was simply not possible. Then I felt that the staff kept rounds on the luggage up until the car arrived (maybe looking for signs/sounds of the imaginary cat). I don't recommend this hotel, definitely not guest friendly.

The staff is very professional for sure and the hotel is well located but my room was tiny and it had a sealed, darkened window, which made it claustrophobic. At the same time the traffic noise was constant. It’s a decent price for 590 pesos though, but this place feels like a cave..

Spent a night here on our road trip to Palenque. It is a decent hotel but is undergoing some renovation currently. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant was good too and was able to customize their dish to make it vegetarian friendly.

Promotes itself as multilingual which isn't the case. The staff however was extremely helpful and the most friendly staff we had on our entire trip in Mexico

The inside is better than the outside. Rooms are very comfortable and the food is great.
