A nice hotel with nice people as staff, good room. They have a great restaurant specially the chilaquiles❤️. I had a room facing the front of the hotel, was a little noisy.

Small room, room 3 beds for 6 persons!, wifi very bad for remote working even door opened, no AC in corridors (very hot), AC noisy. About 2,5 french stars. Front desk man smiling and room refund when we decided to move on were good points.

they stole my belongings. I went to complain and they said that no one entered the room. When I saw someone fixing the curtains they are thiefs.

The hotel is modern and quite clean. Armed guards on the doors shows the kind of area that it is in though. We couldn't check in at the correct time as the room wasn't ready. Which I guess drives business to their restaurant and to be fair the buffet was good for the price. One of the beds in the room was quite wonky, but fortunately we only needed one of the two. Coffee in the restaurant was the worst that I've tasted since 1985 and I'm not sure it hadn't been sitting since then. Coffee the next morning was slightly better. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. If I had to stay in Villahermosa again I might use this hotel but really I would avoid the city entirely.

Great venue for business people. Excellent and very clean rooms. Air conditioning y quite new but TV system is quite old. Quite good cuisine, specially the guy that cooks the omelettes. The location is excellent for getting to know the very Center of Villahermosa. The sorroundings are a little bit crowded and specially at night, insecure.

In a real non touristy city, a nice hotel wih nice people as staff, good room. Pool was not clean so i didnt go in there. They have a great buffet brkfast for around 120mp. I had a room facing the back of the hotel, was quite.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! The gym is dingy, outdated, and full of mosquitos. The rooms are adequate, but that's not saying much considering how much they charge. The worst is that they rip you off over breakfast--be careful about the buffet vs. the continental, it's a $30 mistake! The bar was also very grim, the neighborhood is awful and the service was horrendous. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
