Terrible. Horrible rooms, dirty bed sheets, broken doors, stained bathroom walls. There was music playing in a function room downstairs until 3.00am and we could hear the base line all night. We also had a huge air conditioner outside our window that was so loud in our room, even with the window closed. All in all one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and it wasn’t cheap! The staff were kind and helpful, but unfortunately that didn’t save this place from being truly abysmal.

Shocking! Terrible hotel. Dirty bedsheets, broken doors, the music playing from their function room can be heard playing all night long. The most expensive place i have stayed in while in Mexico and yet the worst

Is a good place to stay, drink and dance... But the music is a little old. If you have 25-50 years old... You'll love all.

Great location in middle of town but LOUD! You will hear cars and people all night. Lots of food and shopping options nearby

Friendly staff, helpful even though I did not speak the language. Shower had very low water pressure though

Horrible disabled access, very bad service and no vegetarian food whatsoever.
