I rented a suite. I checked in... The place looks very nice. I had the air conditioner on and became chilled... So I get under the covers... And within a few hours I was getting bitten all over my body. BED BUGS!!! I called down and told them and it took them over an hour and a half and another phone call. They gave me a different smaller suite... I checked out the next morning... They acted like oh no big deal... I have these infected bites all over my body and it ruined my trip to Tijuana. I am so disappointed now...as well as traumatized about staying in a room in Mexico because of lax concerns over cleaning standards. In the least they could have offered me another night... Or refunded my money... But nothing! I wished I could have had an enjoyable stay. So... If you stay there look closely at the linen... They may not have been replaced with clean sanitized linen. Mine obviously weren't.

It was a bargain deal decent room with no roaches or bed bugs. Honestly, that’s a 10 on my book for a Mexican hotel. Hospitality professionalism was up to standard amazing staff. The only complaint I have is that the ac/heater was not functioning and there was only a thin bed cover but I requested more and they obliged. I loved that the parking was always secure. Overall, for the price and location 9/10.

Do not stay here, they don’t really care about your business. I understand you get what you pay for, but I did not have high expectations from this hotel to begin with. I just needed a good night sleep before coming back to the US the next day. I went to check out the next morning and I noticed they charged me an extra ten dollars for the night. I asked the guy at the front desk the reason for the extra charge and he said it was ten dollars for not returning the tv remote control. You would think he would’ve asked me for the remote before charging for it. If I hadn’t noticed, he wouldn’t have mentioned the extra charge. They never gave me a remote control and I didn’t ask for one because I never turned the tv on. I told him to call the guy from the night before and ask him if he gave me a remote. He said he couldn’t do that. So I asked him to review the camera in the lobby so he could see I wasn’t offered a remote. He said he didn’t have access to the video recording. In the end, the only option given to me was to pay the ten dollars and just walk away. I felt like I got robbed at gunpoint. If you don’t want to get rob, don’t stay at this place, you’ll regret it.

Positive: Room was clean and check in was quick. Bed was decent. Negative: I will never stay there again. U parking ticket on that cheap paper that easily gets rubbed off. Well I was on a bike so I couldn't just put it on the dash. I put in my pocket u0026 long story short I had to pay an additional $36 to park one night.

Very disappointed in this Hotel!! I was a regular until they over charge me not once but twice, I pay cash in the property and they charge my credit card aswell, I try multiple times to get in contact with management they pass me around over different employees, give different emails * they won't refund my $85.50 dls for a night when I pay cash in the property. Plus I pay extra to stay a couple hrs. More since my flight was delayed. I will never stay at this Hotel ever again..

Positive: Hotel was on an excellent location easy to find everything. Negative: Staff members unable to have access to information and needed manager approval. Manager was not on site only from 7 to 3.

This was cool a cool stay. Carried about 200 while stroling the neighborhood. Had $800 in cash in room upon checking out, i remembered I'd left my money. NOT 10 MINUTES PASSED AFTER I CHECKED OUT, $0 dollars in room.

I notify the front desk. Little did I know, it's all a ruse they play. While bringing the money theft to front desk attention, little do I know they call the cops on me. They come WITHOUT QUESTION cuff me and take me in. Then what happened? Well, the cops robbed me too. $400 they said, pay and you're out. Double robbed WITHOUT A QUESTION THEY work together.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will rummage the room and take what's for grabs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IT'S 100% not worth saving 10$ a day when you'll be robbed 2x.
